A personal welcome. A conversation that continues.

Website and Instagram inquiries become personalized WhatsApp conversations, with AI that understands the reply and responds in text or voice.

01 / THE STARTING POINT

What needed to work better?

New inquiries arrive while the gym is running. I wanted each person to get a personal welcome and useful follow-up, without relying on someone being available to write the first message.

02 / THE BUILD

Understand the reply. Keep the conversation going.

I connected website and Instagram inquiries to WhatsApp through automation. Each lead receives a welcome with their name, with AI adapting English-written names into Hebrew where appropriate. When they reply, AI reasons about the message and sends a personalized response in text or voice. The wider setup also handles WhatsApp reminders and updates for existing gym members.

01 / THE FIRST MESSAGE

Even the name deserves care.

A name submitted as “Yossi” can become “יוסי” in the Hebrew welcome. A small detail that makes the introduction fit the person and the language of the conversation.

02 / THE CONVERSATION

The answer follows the question.

The AI interprets what the lead says and creates a relevant response. Depending on the conversation, that response may be a text message or a voice message.

03 / AFTER JOINING

Keep members in the loop.

The same communication channel continues into membership, with automated reminders and updates about what is happening at the gym.

03 / IN EVERYDAY USE

What this made possible.

  • An automatic, personalized welcome for incoming leads.
  • AI responses that take the lead’s message into account.
  • Ongoing member communication through WhatsApp.

In my experience, this has improved conversions and customer service. I have been running the WhatsApp automation for around five years, developing it along the way. This is my observed experience, rather than a measured conversion percentage or a claim that every AI feature existed from day one.
